1. Can I change the wording, names, quotes in a print?
A. Yes! Just let me know exactly what you'd like in the 'notes to seller' when you check out. I will send you a proof 3-5 business days after purchase to ensure it's exactly what you want before I print.

2. Instead of two states can I have two countries, continents, a map of the world, etc.?
A. Yes! I can do any maps. Just let me know exactly what you'd like in the 'notes to seller' when you check out. I will send you a proof 3-5 business days after purchase to ensure it's exactly what you want before I print.

3. Can I see a proof BEFORE I purchase?
A. Unfortunately, I do not offer proofs before a purchase is made. Part of the price of the print is my time in creating the print and I work my proofs in order of purchase. However, I will send you a proof within 3-5 business days after purchase. If it's not what you want, we can do more proofs until you get exactly what you want. :-)

4. Can you guarantee shipping times?
A. Unfortunately, I cannot. I can give you a pretty good estimate of arrival time based upon the shippers' expected delivery times, but I am unable to guarantee an exact arrival date. Once the item leaves me shop it's in the hands of a third party I am not responsible for (USPS, FEDEX, etc.). Also for my international customers, please note, international customers are responsible for their own tariffs and taxes.

5. Are frames included?
A. Frames are not included but can be purchased as an add-on.

6. Is this [Wood, Glitter, Foil, etc.]?
A. No Wood, Glitter or Foil is used in this shop (except wood frames). All images are printed on paper or canvas (depending on which item you choose). Any wood, glitter, foil, etc. shown in the listing are simply part of the image and printed on the medium you choose.
